I was in a street market and wanted to try capture the colourful canvas roofs of some of the stalls. I didn't have a camera with me so whipped out my iPhone 10. I only took two shots and when I got home I downloaded them on to my PC. I was startled to see the second photo. How could this have happened??

It's nothing to do with my PC. The photo is as you see it on my iPhone.

Seriously at first glance it looked like some glitch that stitched the top half of your 2nd photo over top of your 1st photo (note advance of guy in dark green shirt) but then lady on right is full frame so has me scratching head too.

Thanks for your comments. I think that this will remain a mystery. I'm attaching the first photo where you can see the woman in the white Tshirt a little way back.

Now I have this on a large screen, I see there's some defects in this photo too. But I can understand this. It looks like camera shake.

Looks like one for the Apple folks to look at and decide what happened. It sort of looks like the Panoramic mode may have been on and was only partially completed.

Or maybe the iPhone 10 has an issue.

Had similar problem accidentally set phone for pano and moved quickly, took shot and moved phone from Subject without knowing.
