Some background is necessary, the CPP is an acronym for Crappy Phone Pic and as we all know, it is not always true. These were taken by my son with an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Cpp is also running joke between JD750 and myself for the same reason.

A CCP is a shot that is poorly done.

Similar to a CCP (Crappy Camera Shot.)

That's why it's funny. Phone shots can be terrific, one just has to work it a little more sometimes. Regardless of what takes the image, the magic happens behind the recording device and I love the fact that there is no pressure to generate an income, so I am free to take as many less than stellar images as I like and share them as I see fit.

Even though the goal is to improve myself and not churn out ho-hum images it is gloriously liberating to not have to worry about it.

Yea, I don't worry about using my phone camera either, not in the slightest.
It's just one of my three cameras.

Being on this forum how almost a decade has taught me many things. One of them is to not take oneself too seriously and to have fun with other people. Working in a prison has taught me to not have a thin skin and to (try) to be kinder to the mentally challenged.

Ironically, I have three cameras too. Well, four if one wants to count the Minolta X-700 that hasn't seen film or the light of day in years.

The best camera will always be the one that you have in your hand. :)

Oh. In the ancient world of programming, "cpp" was the "C Pre-Processor". A very handy tool to make a potentially obfuscatable language either more understandable, or completely incompressible.

Interesting images. The smilie face on the red light is truly shocking, but sort of captivating. I do like the photo of the door. Smartphones are capable of producing some very good photos anymore. Thanks for sharing those.

Your son has talent to see the face in the red light and capture it. I think it is an interesting photo. The door is a great start. It has symertry and character. Want to see it after it is processed. Working double shifts at work. One judge was injured. As soon as I get some spare time I would like to post a few photos for your opinion.

Thanks Greg, that was my oldest son's handiwork. Sometimes another set of eyes are just what the doctor ordered. I surely didn't see it. :)

I liked it too; it's almost staring us down. lol

That is hilariously funny. I could still kick myself for discovering pot instead of computers but I do remember C and we must live with the choices that we made.
