Skylum/Luminar has a temporary sale on Extensions, etc. You get six downloads of Presets(?) for $59 and the Extension pack from 2022 for $149. To get the Extensions, you have to click on the check-box. That's Lifetime, not annually. It seems that individual Extensions are available for $29, but I haven't looked into it in detail.
EDIT: I find their advertising very confusing. They have the Extension Pack on sale for $149. On another page, they are $99, but below that are additional charges for Extensions that seem to be included for $99. Naturally, once you buy and download, there's no going back. I like to know exactly what I'm paying for.
I have a discount code for luminar. PM me for the code.

Their server may be in the war zone.

Possibly in Santa Barbara. That's where the payment goes. Ukraine would not be a safe place for a server. The power failures alone would be a major problem. When I sent an email question about the Extensions, I received an automated reply from Marta Moskvit. That doesn't sound like the name of a "California Girl."
EDIT: From another email advert - "Hello, Luminar Artist! I’m Ivan Kutanin, the CEO of Skylum"

Luminar ALWAYS has a sale of some sort!
I've unsubscribed from the Skylum mailing list even though I have Luminar 4, AI and NEO(Pro) as well as Aurora HDR; just far too many 'spam' emails...

I joined Skylum years ago at the suggestion of Trey Ratcliffe (who was a consultant on the original product). It wasn't very good, but my payment was lifetime, so I figured $39 wasn't going to make or break me. I never felt it reached its potential and forgot about it. When I changed my computer, I went through all my password catalog, to make sure I had uploaded all my programs and saw Skylum. I entered my registration code and it took it.
They offered me an extension of the lifetime, with an upgrade-lifetime, to Luminar Neo.. I figured it wouldn't kill me. So I did.
They have certainly made great changes to the program and now it makes sense to have these tools on my computer. I take advantage of the Luminar Coffee Breaks on Monday & Wednesday. The assertion is they will give you the information in 10 minutes or less, so being there at the start time is usually important. The session tends to actually start a few minutes late. They are also available on YouTube after a few days. (The coffee breaks are offered as a Zoom meeting. 1PM Eastern.) After the session, there is an "Ask me anything" time. The instructor is Vanelli, the head of the Skylum education department.
I have no connection to them, other than being a Luminar Neo user (advanced beginner mode), but I see great things coming with them.

I've been using Neo exclusively for a couple of weeks. I want to watch smoe of the tutorials - someday. "Someday" and "tomorrow" are two of my favorite words.
Jerry - have you checked out any of Jim Nix's videos?
