I had the opportunity yesterday to check out the new Long Exposure app by ReeHeld. The app affords you the ability to to shoot handheld long exposure shots. Don't ask me how they do it. This particular shot was 10 secs. Edits done in Photoshop.

Excellent job. Looks like it was taken with a full frame camera. Love the effect of the long exposure. Great capture. I am using slow motion app but will check out the one you mentioned.
