zarathu may have said, ho-hum nothing to photograph, then he saw salt spilled on the table!! Good grab zarathu.
Salt, interesting stuff... so common we ignore its wonders. The reddish color... iodized salt? Himalayan salt has many minerals mixed in its crystals, giving a pink color.

Odd to me is how people prefer "sea salt" when the oceans are so polluted... after Fukushima Daiichi Accident in Japan and the ocean currents bringing radioactive seawater to California, one can wonder if the sea salt would glow in the dark [exaggeration]. I pointed out to a friend that mined salt at worse has dinosaur poop in it. I toured a salt mine 200' under Detroit.
