I doubt that. A quick check of the image confirms the bird is fully feathered and appears to have left the nest of its own volition.
Oddly, we haven't seen the adult birds around. In the past, when we've had a young bird out of a nest, the adults are around feeding it. It looks like the neighbor's cat is going to have robin for dinner tonight.
