Curious pieces

I just unpacked my new Z8 and I found some plastic pieces not identified in the UM. They snap together, and it looks like they are designed to screw into something, but what. Does anyone have a clue?

They look like Cable connector clamps that attach to the camera body.

Maybe snaps on the camera to hold cable(s) when tethered?

The do snap to the camera and they are for holding your connection tight when you are shooting connect to you computer so you don't loose connection.

More than likely all Z8 cameras got them. I think every Nikon camera I ever owned going back to the D1x came with some sort of clip(s) to handle connected cables. If you looked at the link above you saw how they are used.
