Although this is a photography forum, there are some things that are more important than the photo. In this case, the words are more important than the image. Thus, the white is better because the words pop.

ad8rr and CWS...thanks for looking and voting. It's funny because I changed my mind and do prefer black now, but when I had them printed at Walgreen's they were a little bit darker than here and the black didn't show up well, so I went with white.
