Lenses cannot be cleaned since they are glued together , the group with fungus is composed by three lenses glued , the only way to fix the problem is find the same group of lenses and change the old ones

Put the affected lense group in the sun. Fungi cannot live in sunlight. Maybe you can kill it and at least keep it from spreading. I would also segregate that lens and take some kind of precaution after using it on the camera.

Buy a broken model without fungus and swap out the glass.
Not sure if tolerances by Nikon but if tight, that might work.

Ok but it is not very easy the used lens costs at least 1500$ of course in medium condition and it not commonly sold , ( few samples produced compared with other Nikon lenses )

I have a fantastic Nikon 200mm f2 VR , one of the best lens ever produced by Nikon , I found some initial fungus in one of the internal lens , now this is not affecting the quality of the photo but in the future most probably I will have problems , disassembling the lens I have discovered the group of glasses with fungus , unfortunately this group of lenses is no more available through Nikon , most probably going to glass producer is still available , is there any one can help in my research

I think that you created problems NOW instead of using the lens.
Are you working in a Clean Room?

Maybe find a cheap (or cheaper) banged up "as-is" version on ebay - if the glass elements are clear (ask the seller, check photos), but the lens doesn't work or looks ugly externally, you have a donor candidate! It's too nice of a lens if it can be saved without costing a fortune. I think that is one of Dixie Dixon's favorite lenses!

BTW once the fungus takes hold it's like terminal cancer - it destroys the coating on the lens which can't be repaired. I lost a nice 100mm f/2 Zuiko (OM film) lens years ago the same way.

If you decide to use UVC be very careful, it kills things, but also can damage/kill human tissue including your eyes, reason they have hospital rooms marked and closed. I'd set it up in an enclosed area with a switch to turn it on when your somewhere else. Enclosed box would be good as it could not damage other things in the room, but heat might be a problem.

You might want to try rubbing alcohol. It should kill the fungus and clean the glass at the same time.

Not surprising considering the lens. I think you can set up an alert on ebay to send you an email when one is posted. Also try KEH "ugly" listings.
