For Sony I recommend 107-109 because the zebra lines will only show up on overexposed highlights. You will not see the zebra lines unless you need to reduce the exposure and zebras will not be distracting while you compose your images. Using the zebras and the histogram correctly will give you a perfect exposure on the first frame.

Keep in mind that the zebras are set up for jpg's and video. If you shoot RAW, you will have to do some testing.
