We went to the Memorial Day Ceremony at the local Veteran's Memorial Park. The gentleman in the last picture was part of the rescue team during the Mayaguez Incident. He was only 18 at the time. Some of his buddies in that rescue didn't make it it home and their names are list as the last names on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall.
(PS: Ever since upgrading my Mac to OS 13.4 I have been having trouble adding Photos to posts from my computer (using Safari). I'm using Chrome temporarily to upload these. Anyone else with a Mac having trouble after upgrading the OS?)
