My wife Terry and I took a 4500 mile camping/birding swing from Oregon to Southern California, near the Mexican border through Arizona, then northeast to Taos, New Mexico, a stop in Colorado in Paonia, then back to Oregon. Needless to say there were lots of photo opportunities. Here's a few. For an in-depth look at some of the over 200 species we saw, go to mrtk.smugmug.com. I hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed the trip.

Wonderful set. We did a 6 week road trip back in 2011 unfortunately I only had my film cameras and a 6MP Kodak. Missed a lot of opportunities
Thanks curmudgeon. This was our first birding trip that far south. Lots of life birds
