Watching the Australian movie, "The Tunnel" was a riveting experience that gave me some great ideas on how I might use my own DSLR for creating a film. Most of the shots in the movie are hand-held with improvised lighting. Kind of scary though, so be warned. Very suspenseful build-up with no slow or boring scenes. The picture is done in the style of a documentary produced by a news team. The mates run into some weird situations in the abandoned bowels of a major Australian city.
I rented my copy from Facets Video. Worth seeing. As always, I would recommend that folks look at the notes and review information on IMDb and seek reviews from other sources as well before committing to rent.
