At my 55+ condo complex, we have a Memorial Day Service honoring service heroes and a few who lived here and were WWII veterans.
One of our residents was a Sgt.Major and saw action at Normandy. He always led the flag lowering in the AM and raising in the PM. Thank you, Paul!!

Can't not respond, the flag is raised in the AM and lowered in the PM. Must have been a typo. Thank you for remembering our service men and women.

My error in typing. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Actually, the flag was lowered and then raised again in the AM. Our ceremony, led by Paul, was a bit different.
