Fine shots, but the last machine - the human one - is the best and the manufacturer of all the rest, from ideas to actuality ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž

Thank you again, kind sir. And as far as that
last "machine," like many of his "vintage,"
it needs some major restoration work.

Thanks again, Bill. That was one of the first
images where I went "heavy" on the PP that
I was pleased with. So glad you like this one;
it means a lot!

Dang, now I have to throw the small world flag, Gary. My first assignment in the Coast Guard after the Academy was on the Northwind. That's me, front row all the way to the left.

WOW!! It is a small world. My friend and hunting buddy was assigned to the Northwind around 1968. The Northwind must have been famous. For some reason I knew about the Northwind and the Southwind much earlier.

Husband says the Hispano Suiza is very valuable and was a very expensive car when it came out. The motorcycle is a Russian Ural.

Glad I checked back this morning just to see - many thanks for the info Pat. I knew the HS was special, but I had no idea the bike was Russian - someone had it at a local airshow some years ago. There's a Russian tank in town but its surroundings make it unphotogenic!
