Where do you get that from? Just what is Biden's plan for US energy and our electrical grid, how about the cars 12 years from now? Would you not call that a form of central planning? The government does not necessarily need to own the means of production if they can simply regulate them, isn't that how f*****m works?

Now for the other half of my question, how does building an economy from the bottom up work? Does it not require massive government employment, after all, in our capitalist economy private economic activity builds the economy, you know businesses and industry, that top down s**t.
