kelby training. com is giving away free 24 training to all his classes for the next 90 people for today.
If you're going to Kelby for a free course on photography, I don't have a specific recommendation.
If you're going to Kelby for a free course on PhotoShop, I recommend "Photoshop Tricks for Beginners" by Calvin Hollywood. The title is misleading, and this course gives a great overview of the kinds of things you can do in Photoshop, and will open lots of "what if I tried this .." thoughts in you.
Obviously there is a catch, you need a special code only available through direct email, and that code is email address specific, not for the general public.

I've subscribed to Kelby training for several years, so don't remember how the catch worked, but I do know people who have never subscribed and seem to be able to get a half dozen or so of these free days each year.

By the way - I'll be driving through Billings next Friday and will remember to leave a dollar in the Coke machine at the gas station for you.

I appreciate that, but I will be at Freezeout Lake West of Great Falls trying to catch some snow geese I heard were starting to show up there. I will take a rain check though!

Have fun. I'll be on my way to Lake Pend Orielle to see if I can fish out a lens I dropped in the water last year.

Maybe it has grown in that year, might even be a keeper by now! It would be a shame to have to throw it back again!
;)
Hi PrairieSeasons,
Wow! I've not heard of that lake in some time. I lived in Sandpoint from 78 to 93 where I worked for the phone company. I took an early out in 93 and moved to Bozeman, MT to work as a fishing guide. Lake Pend Orielle is kind of deep and even has a Navy submarine base. If you dropped that lens in that part of the lake finding it might be a bit of a problem! <G> Take care & ...

I will. The best part of Pend Orielle, though, is in watching someone else trying to pronounce the name.
Hi PrairieSeasons,
