I’m selling items and keep getting messages that folks are not seeing any notifications and others have stated they sent messages but I didn’t get them and vice versa.

ADMIN is the site admin. But, there's any number of reasons, none of which ADMIN will address. I have notifications turned off. I don't want another email every time something on UHH occurs. I do receive notifications of direct PMs. If people have somehow disabled 'spam' in the past, that may impact their receipt of UHH notifications. Regarding UHH, use the private messages and get a direct contact from the buyer so you can take UHH out of the middle. Moreover, it's not your problem to fix other's UHH profiles.

For private messages you sent, check your sent folder to see if they're there (and labeled unread). Occasionally, we forget to click send or shut down before the action completed.
Did roxiemarty receive your pm? Two other people in your current sales thread don't have a lot of posting history, so they may not understand how to access messaging here, and you may just have to wait 'til they respond again in your thread.
Regarding pm's sent to you but not received by you, is your "private messages" link at the top of this page highlighted in yellow? I've had a couple of occasions where I didn't receive notice of a pm, or it was delayed and ended up far down the list in my inbox. The only way I knew to look for it was the yellow highlight.

From what my understanding is it’s the UHH private message site that seems to be the issue, not their email. Idk I’m just relaying what folks have been saying. Thanks!

I hear you. Just collect their direct contact info. Or, suggest they investigate themselves directly with ADMIN.

Also, go to your profile and make sure in “notification settings” that both boxes are checked (and check your private message folder while you’re at it)
