WPC 1246 - Out of Focus

Hey Hedgehogs, its time for another Weekly Photo Challenge.
The challenges are simple. You start you off with a theme, but where you take it is up to you! The twist is that everyone needs to submit a short statement along with their photo that explains the who, what, where, why, when or how they went through to get it. This helps us feel the moment as they did, but can also help with voting. You might also find some great tips to make you better. These are more about challenging yourself than worrying that your photo isn't good enough so everyone is invited especially those who want to improve.
Now for the legal stuff:
- Contests start Friday mornings and end Wednesday evenings
- Voting starts Thursday morning and ends Friday evening - 2 Day Voting!
- One entry per user, but if you need an update send a Private Message
- Entries may only be used once. Repeats will be rejected.
- All entries must include a photo and MUST include statement as noted above. Untitled will be rejected.
- Post processing is fine, but please keep it to the absolute minimum
- Archived photos are not encouraged - please shoot your photo during the challenge
- Everyone gets one vote - if you vote more than once see below *
- Once voting starts there can be no additional entries
- To keep it fair, the user names and vote counts are hidden until voting is over and winners are announced. All votes are anonymous
- And of course, the rules are subject to change as the challenges require

Above all remember this is about challenging yourself pushing beyond the limits you think you have so have fun with it and try anything and everything whether you are good at it or not. Make it fun and thank you all! This wouldn't be possible without you. St3v3M

what is wrong with the Out Of Focus challenge?

The Out of Focus challenge started November 16th and will run through November 21st where voting will begin. As such, the challenge has been accepting entries all this time. Are you looking at the Eyes challenge which closed last week and has been voted on?

My sumission to Out of Focus was made on Wed. Nov. 14th. Voting should have taken place on the 15th & 16th.

Hey Bob, I am sorry if I am not being clear, but the Out of Focus challenge started on Friday Nov 16, 12 00:39:47 according the to the UHH clock and is still running. Eyes started a week earlier and has been voted on. I am not sure what else to tell you.
