The only thing easy here is you. T***sparent political lackey that you are.

Obviously you can't defend your foolish stand, so pigeon chess attempts are all you've got. LOL!

Maybe Arch can console you...

LOL, you got my answer and it's too bad if you don't like or understand it. You have no idea regarding what I perceive other than that you started a thread based on your political views and you screwed up because you obviously are not familiar with the issue. The only other option is that you are not too bright. My "perception" is that both possibilities are contributing factors.

It's hard to believe that anyone could try to turn this issue into a political mud slinging contest.

[quote=David Martin]True they are not keeping crime under control. But they aren't blaming the victims (the owners whose cars are stolen), they are t***sferring blame to their co-enablers (the auto makers) who make auto theft easier.[/.

You could have just said pass the buck to someone other than those who commit the crime.

Then the self-righteous govt elites should make anti-theft devices mandatory in order to sell a car. They could also point out to the gullible public that buys these vehicles that they are prone to theft. But that might require the citizens of Baltimore to get learn how to read and reason and we know that is a no-no in Baltymoore.

Yeah, ignorance breeds boredom and you're a great example.

You're apparently have no clue what the thread is about or you wouldn't have resorted to such a stupid personal attack, but then that's quite typical of you.

Hey zero, get some new material, your act gets staler and staler and your perceived witticisms dumber and dumber.
Your mental masturbations should be confined to the privacy of your mom's basement.

New material? Others must be pointing out your ignorance!

Poor little piggy!

Tell us, are you blissful in your ignorance or just plain ignorant!

Keep playing!

We all know it is the crime rates in those cities, and their failure to prosecute. Wouldn't be surprised if they start requiring women to wear chastity belts to prevent rape.
No car theft is by accident, so don't blame the cars.

It should be pointed out that only 41 percent of the cars stolen in Baltimore are from those two brands according to the article cited. That means that 59 percent of the stolen cars do have the anti-theft devices installed.

As far as I know, you are not entirely correct in your statements. You are right that Kia and Hyundai not having the industry standards in anti theft devices, but that is not the same as selling cars without seat belts properly installed or electronic devices without proper insulation. Both of those are mandated by law, while anti-theft devices are not required by law yet. If they were required then the feds would have been all over this years ago.

If the city incarcerated those who steal cars and enforced the laws on the books it would make little difference what anti theft devices a car had. It wasn't very long ago that people where I live not only didn't lock their cars, they left the keys in them. It wasn't a problem until we got soft on crime.

Your point is well taken.

It would still make a difference (after all, Kia and Hyundai are over-represented among the list of all car makes that are stolen), but of course if cities actually enforced existing laws this country, especially the urban areas, would be much different and better off it is today.

Hey, zero. Leave mom's basement, get some sunshine and fresh air. Put down the porn mags. Get a life and leave the internet to the normal people. You're history, I'm gone.

So you don't think the lawsuits are political? Of course they are. Once you have a lawsuit filed for political reasons why shouldn't the discussion be political in nature?
