You are aware that the face shouldn’t be visible, right?

Perhaps you'd like to post these shots in the Gallery section.

Maybe "Birds"...oh wait, those are horses aren't they? Why don't we have a horse section?
Beautiful shot, wherever it ends up. I thought the Amish were opposed to "graven images"?

Also notice that the horse's hooves could use some tender loving care. Do they not use horse shoes?

It looks as though he’s raising his hand in objection to having his picture taken. So I wonder why you took the pic and even more why you would post it on a public forum. He’s not paparazzi material.

You clearly showed disrespect for the man’s wishes and given what FreddB said, it would seem you have shown disrespect the Amish beliefs and traditions.

If I were you I would ask admin to remove the pic.

Isn't there a difference between seeing the direction the man is facing and being able to recognize him?

What is "Wooh" "Whoa" perhaps. As far as the fellow protesting his photograph being taken, Halkeye, the OP, is the person who was there. Halkeye was the man yelling at you not to take his picture? If yes, then why did you? and if not, perhaps you could elaborate further about what was going on here. This seems to be a case where some additional words of explanation would help.

I noticed the man is putting his hand up to block the view of his face. The Amish don't care for people photographing them or their homes for any reason.
