Lines of Tension in a Pose
This Cooper's Hawk appeared just as I looked out to see why I heard all the birds in the backyard at the feeders do a panic take off.
By the time I got my camera and powered it up this was his third perch and as you can see by the tension in his body and glare he(she?) has realized that all the prospective snacks had "flown the coop".
