The Stink Eye

This is the compound eye of one of my preserved brown marmorated stinkbugs that I staged for a focused stacking session using a Mitutoyo 10X M Plan APO microscope objective as the optic for the camera.

You aught to take a series and stitch them together to display the whole bug at at 10X. It could become a lifetime project

Curmudgeon, I have a "X"/"Y" milling table on my rig which I could use to take a series of sessions and stitch them together. It would keep me busy for quite a while.

The mirid of images on the insect brain would overwhelm the best of us who would strugle to contend with our camera and the effect of a Kaleidoscope Prism Camera Glass Filter.

Thanks Dpullum, I have a difficult time with two eyes. I can't imagine having more.
