I like these, Jack! Use a couple sheets of clear plexiglass taped together along the edges. The taped edges act like a hinge so you can shape them like a sharp corner facing into the wind. Self standing. You can still use the natural light without flash, (or with, if that's your preference) but the wind is cut off. I used to do that with a bellows using medium format slide film. It worked for me!

Thanks Chief, I use cheep translucent food containers with a cut out in the bottom to shoot small flowers in the wind. The problem is with high winds flying insects and most birds just hunker down and wait for it to stop
