Congratulations on some exceptional photographs. The black and whites go well with the age of the house, all photos are sharp and well exposed. Great job.
What is hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen please? My first thought was drying meat such as hams but there are so many.

Thanks Dennis! The room where the things are hanging from the ceiling is in the cellar where it is cool enough to store food products. As with all the buildings in Greenfield Village this farm house, including the cellar, was disassembled and rebuilt in its present location - it was originally from Columbiana County, Ohio and belonged to the Firestone family.
