Setting up for Mothers Day photos

Our church is doing family pictures for Mothers Day and I think this set up will make it easy to pose groups. Hoping that having it set up in church so people can see it ahead of time will create some excitement.
The only issue I am having is evenly lighting the backdrop. It is too close to the prop but if I move it further back then it does not fill the window and the doorway.
I am going to swap out the soft boxes with smaller strip lights and see if that helps.
If not then I will use a 10x20 cloth backdrop and move the prop further from it.
It’s been a couple of years since I have done groups and I’m looking forward to it.
