Van Dyke Parks co-wrote songs with Brian Wilson for the Beach Boys. He produced videos of select artists when he worked for Warner Bros. and he had(s?) a recording career. He was fascinated by Caribbean music, and it showed in many of his songs, including this one, G-Man Hoover. Enjoy.
