Black Point Wildlife Drive
We went back to Black Point to get baby Green Herons on advice from my wife's Facebook buds. Not so Much!
More than a three hour round trip for Nada! NO babies at Black point!!
But we did come up with some other stuff!
We got this feeding Reddish Egret. Pretty sure this is our first Reddish Egret BIF!! And we got several good ones! He was a long way out there and we were very pleased with the results! These are deeply cropped.
All taken by my wife, Judy. She used the D500 with the Nikon 200~500 zoom, so 750mm equivalent!

Yep, I agree, Johnny. Proud of Judy and proud of the photos. She did great and saved the trip from being a bust! And we have another post or two coming up from the trip!
