Really nice dramatic images you captured, Jim.

Looks like that downburst in #4 dumped most of its water in a split second… good place to not be! Wicked!😳
Number 4 is absolutey spectacular.
Excellent set. Really love the lighting in number 6.
Awesome pictures! I'm curious, did the storm obey the 35 mph speed limit?

Only during the first and last few minutes of its full-on storm-itude. During it's hey-hour, it must surely --though this is purely a guesstimation on my part-- have been ripping at a break-neck 37-38mph! Luckily for the storm, however, it only blew that hard in places where the speed limit is 45mph, so while a speeding ticket was unnecessary, a 'going too slow' ticket might've been. What I can state with absolute certainty though is that my Jeep has 6 'intermittent' windshield wiper settings, and there was a goodly period when using any of those intermittent speeds wouldn't cut it (no, not at all!). It was ok, though, because by then I was back on pavement (as opposed to where I'd been --off road-- when the rain first started and was just tame little sprinkles) so it was all good.
