Olympus Lenses and Gear for Sale...second batch

All lenses are from a non-smoking home. All have had a filter on the front.
All lenses will come with an OpTech sleeve. I priced the lenses at the usual used camera gear places and priced the items below their retail prices. All lenses come with Oly lens caps. I do not see lint or defects in the interior of the lenses. There is lint on the exterior, as there is with all lenses.
Why am I selling? I have the opposite of GAS. I want to clear things out. I have too much camera gear and I have found that my photography is limited travel and street photography with my OMD EM1 cameras. I pretty much use the 12-100 and the 8-25 mm pro lenses which are all I need. If you receive the lens and it does not live up to your expectations, you can return it to me within 30 days but you must reimburse me for the cost of the lens (which I am taking back) PayPal fees and shipping fees, which I think is fair. If you want to trust me and do Venmo, I am ok with that as well. Your choice. I am posting these for sale on MU43.com as well.
Olympus M. Zuiko 25 mm, f 1:1.8. $195. This lens is silver. It is in excellent condition. I this lens has a very nice B+W UV filter on it.
Olympus FL-600R flash. $100. This lens is in good condition. I have found that the mechanism to cinch it down against the hot-shoe has to be quite tight. I use Godox now and have no need for this flash. The flash comes with the case, the small plastic shoe or foot that can hold it up and the original box.
Olympus HLD-8G Grip (No battery holder) for the Oly OMD Em 5 mii. $30. This is in ok condition. It works just fine but is not very pretty. If you want this, I will just send it to you and you can send me a check after you receive it. No need for paypal. I trust you!

I have to agree,you got it whittled down exactly where I would like to be... The 12-100 and 8-25 should suffice for most of what should be needed... It is tough when you are a hoarder and just DON'T want to sell anything but continue to have these GAS attacks... I got to trim things down and USE what I have myself... FYI I have a Canon kit also and it is a CONSTANT mental battle of the merits of each system. A poor guy living in a tent should have such choices, right ?
