It was a program that I got free offered by microsoft at the time called Photo Gallery. I think they acquired it and made it a part of Windows Live Photo Gallery and I see after searching for it that it is no longer supported but it looks like you could still reach a link that it may still be accessable. I keep using it because I'm just to old and lazy to learn a new program
