A local garbage collection company has started something like that. They will hold your garbage for thirty days, just in case you accidentally threw away a bag full of money or something else of value. Well, they're not actually doing that, but maybe it would be a good idea.

There's deleted, and there's Deleted. When I delete files, they go into the Recycle Bin. From there, I can bring them back to my D drive.
