Sony a1, Sony 600mm f4 @ f4. 1/8000 sec. was used as this bird can change directions quickly and I wanted to make sure I got it's wingtips frozen.

I enjoy photographing this bird in flight because on the unique challenges the bird presents in flight.

Well done. Saw many of these receiving SE Texas while birding some of the World Birding Centers. They sure like to talk a lot .

Love this species and great capture. I am never shy about high shutter speeds with this rig.
