Love that the substitute for butter is sadness. 😂

You need to make the choice between quantity of life and quality of life.

I have been to people's houses that are all of a sudden on a "get skinny quick diet". Some of their diet food is laying around on their kitchen counter in various containers- plump full! Nobody can stand to eat the crap! I tried some "healthy" low fat peanut butter once that was absolutely horrid. The dog wouldn't even eat it.

Key is not to have six sausage links with the five pancakes, etc....

Moderation.

Where's the trade off? Do I want a shorter but very happy life, or a longer life full of sadness (i.e., no butter)?

A guy went to the doctor and the doctor told him he had to give up the wine, rich foods, fatty foods, women, carousing, and a few other things or he wasn't going to live long.
He got concerned and did.

Three months later he died of boredom.

Enjoy life, but in moderation.......

Me either...

My cardiologist can't believe it but;

I have made it to 79 with bypass surgery, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and osteoarthritis in most of my joints.

All of the good foods - bacon, butter, fat, etc. - can't do me much harm.

If the dog won't eat it. it must be bad for us humans. Thanks to the dogs.

I rehabilitated a black vulture three years ago (broken wing).
I named him George.
George loved chicken livers...gizzards...especially beef heart.

Ham cold cuts...salami...yum yum.

One day I introduced George to bologna...nothing doing.
Tried several times until he looked at me...and walked out of the house.

I never ate bologna again.

That's some smart vulture!

Yes. They say if we knew what went into it, bologna would disappear never to be seen again.
