New to black and white. Any help or critique would be great.
Nice shot.
Black and whit is lines, not color and it looks good.
I find nothing to critique. Great shot that tells a story, who could ask for more.
I would say that you know what to do, George.
I don't see anything to critique. You are off to a great start.
Unless you are purposely shooting in black and white, the challenge is to be able to spot those color shots that would do well in the conversion. Sad to say I don't think about it often enough, and I really like the effects of it. When I first got into cameras in college, color film and processing was expensive. B/W was cheap. So I shot a lot of B/W, and it worked exceptionally well for architecture.
Please keep'em coming. You have the eye for it.

outstanding contrast is publication
a slight a tiny bit contrast is there
this work rocks me man good view
Very nice.
I suggest trying this: taking brightness down some (20%-25%) and increase contrast 10%-15%. See if you like it.

Agreed. If necessary, a teeny bit of contrast would be the only tweaking.
