I just ordered the Nikkor 105mm f2.8G ED-IF AF-S VRII lens. Now comes the hard part, waiting for it to be delivered.

I got it in September of this year. Great lens, though I am still trying to get better focusing with it when up close. Enjoy! 8-)
PS Trying to get myself to focus better, not the lens.

That's a wonderful lens. When I got mine, I didn't realize that it was FX. Now that I have FX bodies, I'm glad I got it. It's great for macro work, and a great lens for regular shooting.

Of course the hardest part is the wait, I try to pay attention to where the seller is of course, and sometimes price, delivery fees, and of course the holiday

:D We'll be waiting together: I will be stopping at our local camera shop today to put a deposit on the Zuiko 12-60mm f2.8-4.0 SWD ED lens.
Can't remember exactly what the letters mean, but SWD had something to do with the focusing mechanism, and ED with the glass.
I will be photographing at least part of our granddaughter's wedding in August and getting the lens now will give me lots of time to get to know it well before the big day.
