Why does a huge puppy, who needs a bath, have to take her favorite and dirtiest woolly toy, which needs a bath, to play with on my bed? Of course, she is shedding her puppy coat in big globs right now. I put a blanket down to help a little, but she still makes a mess. She knows she is loved and in her forever home, so she gets away with anything she wants with very little consequence, but she gives unconditional love.

You are certainly in the wrong place to have that kind of dog. They love winter and blizzards and sleeping in a snow bank. She has a double coat, a white one with guard hairs etc and then beneath that a black one to keep her warm and it does a very good job. I don't know what you are going to do in the summer time when the temp and the humidity have a race to a hundred. Good luck

Wow, she is beautiful. The type that it is hard to say "no" to.

I have one and here DNA says she is a GP. She is all black and a real love..As a puppy she skewed everything in the house. Didn't miss much.

Luna is a rescue from a farm here in SE Texas, where she was tied up outside all day and given very little attention. We got her at 9 months old, she is now 11 months. She loves her new family including her 2 sisters, Amber a Golden Retriever and Emma a mixed breed who is also a rescue, and Luna knows she is loved. We had a DNA test done and we are surprised to learn she is 100% Great Pyrenees.
