A great, much needed rain (downpour) last night, 68 degrees this morning and we were having breakfast on the patio, with the camera nearby, and had quite a few visitors in our backyard and the neighbor's yard. Female Buntings, Blue Jays, Cardinals, Brown Thrasher, Red Breasted Woodpecker and even a Monarch Butterfly. Just a beautiful morning.

They're all super, but I really love that shot of the interaction between the jay and the squirrel 🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎

Those female buntings are very pretty when not competing with the males!! Nice post!

Thanks Chief, we’ve had as many as 5 males around the feeder this year, not sure if they’ve already migrated, hope not…
