Nice from a photographic point but what about when those legs are unleashed! I have seen 2 wolf spiders recently, they seem to like the veggie patch, perhaps even preferring the potato plants. The wolf I helped out of a pot he was trapped in and also a Nursery Web spider from another pot. I need to get my macro kit up and going.

yes you do,i am having to go in and grab a camera often now.and struggling with the decision of whether to buy the $500 2-5 macro or get a new mpe-65

A wonderful find and you did an excellent job of capturing the images. If I had a Canon camera, the world-class MPE-65 would never come off of it.

I don't know enough about those 2 cameras to help your choice struggle but I image you will get the best out of either of them and make wonderful images. Good luck.
