While living on a military base, (in the desert), there were many bottle trees around the
surrounding towns. I could never figure out why they grew them?
The older glass bottles turn to purple and blue hews in the desert sun.
It takes many years to get "good color" in the glass.
Always wondered where you could buy the seeds or starter trees.
