They are. I was lucky enough to have a big bush with a lot of blossoms. All I had to do was wait. Sometimes for a long time, but they did keep coming back.
However, even if they came back, that doesn't mean that you can get a shot. There were a lot of problems with getting a shot. Sometimes I get lucky
