Jacquie Lawson Cards

I've been sending Jacquie Lawson eCards since 2012, when a subscription cost $9.00 a year. Now, it's $30 a year, but the website is barely working. I've been trying to send a card for three days now. Whatever page it's on, it keeps loading, and loading, and loading. It's been like this for several months. If they don't get things working, I'll look for alternatives. Are any of you seeing a slowdown at their site?

I’ve been using American Greetings for years and have been very pleased with them. They have a great selection of e-cards including some that talk, some can be personalized with the recipient’s name and age or the type of event. Everyone I send them to love them.
They have a free trial period. I just renewed and I think it was $30 for 2 years. I don’t send a huge amount of cards but I easily send enough to cover that amount with the number I send for just one holiday versus if I were sending paper cards that aren’t nearly as entertaining.
I learned about American Greetings from a UHH member.
I hope you check them out and find them as enjoyable and economical as I do.

JacquieLawson cards are wonderful i have received a few . Hopefully it is just a glitch and well be worked out soon

I was just able to pick a card - not preview it, though - and type a message. Unfortunately, I cannot fill in the Recipients box. I selected people, but it's not entering them. I have one more year to go on this useless subscription.

No slowdown here. Could it be all the tinkering that you did to your computers?

Nope. I don't tinker. I sent a card to myself, but it's been an hour and a half, and it hasn't arrived. I'm not going to enter all the names and email addresses manually.

I use them as well. I just sent 2 with no problem and have never had a problem.

Since they didn't reply to my email about a problem, I guess getting a refund for my second year is out of the question. I'll try using another computer.
