They just released information. Trump was charged with 34 counts of Felony Falsifying Business Records. Each count is an E Felony in NY and carries with it a maximum penalty of 1-5 years in prison.

Pecker was the brains and brawn behind "Catch and K**l", as he worked for Trump and his campaign. But in the end I can't help but find it amusing that Trump's Pecker is testifying against him.
