Diversity, equity and inclusion are great ideas in my opinion, but the left has perverted them into "no straight white males need apply."
And they have totally changed the meaning of equity, ie fairness, to mean equal outcomes. I believe in e******y under the law, not equal outcomes which is an impossible metric.
I am not 6'6" with a 48" vertical leap so I will never be Michael Jordan.
