I have a place for that first one
I mentioned before that I have limited wall space in the RV.
My sister just bought a house in the mountains east of Albuquerque and she loves my photos! She has decorated her whole house with canvas prints of her favorites. When she really likes one I have two canvas prints made. One for her to hang and one for me that goes in storage in her house in a spare bedroom.
Some day, I'll grow up and, like an adult, buy a house and put the RV to rest, or at least in reserve. And I'll have the beginnings of an art gallery for my wife and my sister to start decorating with.
That's a very nice thing to say, Jack. I do appreciate that. And I'm glad you liked that photo specifically. On Monday, the file get's sent to the printer!

Oh come on Chief. By now you should have learned that you have to get old but there is absolutely no requirement to grow up. IMO growing up is giving up.
Beautiful set as usual. Black Racer?

Thank you. No I don't think so. I think a Black Racer is solid black. This guy has a narrow solid yellow stripe down his back, green and black stripes down his body and a really cool pattering in between the stripes! Really strikingly beautiful snake! I think it's a Garter Snake, but snake ID is about as tricky as bird ID for me so...
Really nice. Your shots always make me want to drive over there. BTW for the math did you count the legs and divide by 2?
I really like the 3rd one. How did you achieve focus on both the reed and the bird?
And, 100% terrific photos, Chief!!
