I have a Nikon D7200. I have one slot set for NEF (RAW) and the other for jpg.
About 3 days ago, I started to have a problem with both Raw and jpg.
The shots are either under exposed, over exposed, or correctly exposed. I have the camera set on burst and the different exposures can occur even within the burst shots.
Assuming that I somehow did something to account for this without realizing it or even knowing what I did, I set the camera to factory default. The problem still exists.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks, Dale
Sounds like you turned exposure bracketing on maybe?

The Nikon D7200 has the bracketing feature as a shortcut marked "BKT" towards the lens barrel and turning the front and back control dials adjusts both the exposure compensation between each shot and the number of shots, up to five. Nikons without the shortcut button usually have the feature inside the menu.
That was it. I have now corrected it. Still don't know how I got this problem. I must have somehow pushed the button without realizing it.
Thank you for your help.
