DJI Mavic 3 tracking problem

Photographing and video with Mavic 3. Just upgraded firmware for my Mavic 3 and trying to use the new active track. I get the POI to work for circling but cannot get the drone to follow me or other moving objects. Has anyone had this problem? I have searched for solutions and instructions for how to activate the software, nothing is working. Does anyone have a step by step instruction for loading and starting the active track?

I've not seen a lot of drone discussions here. If there are DJI experts and enthusiasts around they are hiding. Although I am not at all a fan of Facebook, there are some active drone groups there with some significant expertise.

You know you had to create a box around the person you wish to track, first, before you start the filming and ground motion right? I have the Mavic 2 Pro.
