Thanks, Ron. There are three Ibis in the US. White, Glossy and White Faced. The Glossy and the White Faced are very similar with the Glossy in the East and the White Faced in the West. In the photo, the White Ibis is the one on the far left and it's an immature with the mottled appearance.

Nice example, Chief...we get a big migration of Ibis here however our thaw is just beginning and it is still snowing. Spring will probably be in July!!
