A tiny little guy, a little bigger around than a pencil and maybe two feet long.
Any idea what kind? Found in central Florida.

Could be a rat snake/corn snake? (looked up Florida Snakes)
I like snakes but would stay away from any I'm not sure of, like this one. Around here all I've seen is Gardners and Black snakes, both harmless. Saw a dead Rattler once when I was a kid.

Baby Corn Snake. Great to have around.
They help keep the vermin population in check.

I like snakes, but not familiar enough to know species unless a Rattlesnake or something similar. I don't take chances with them. My sister was bitten by a Rattlesnake a couple years ago, life flight helicopter and crew saved her life.

Thanks, Jim. I guess you don't see many snakes around the UK.
