Recently, for the first time ever, I had amazon deliver an empty box. I emailed customer service and another was sent with no problem.

I had that happen to me, I recognized the steps in the pictures as next door.
A label was on top of the address label covering the address all but the last 4 letters of my last name.
Many of my niegbors would not have known who should get the pacture.
